This tender carrot cake will remind you of the comfort food your grandmother used to make. Prepared with a full pound of organic carrots.  Topped with a cream cheese icing sweetened with a hint of organic maple syrup.  All ingredients are grain-free.  It is suggested to be eaten within 5-7 days (if it lasts that long) and kept chilled or covered until consumed.
