This is a moist and delicious German chocolate cake with real German chocolate, not semi-sweet chocolate like most bakeries use. Most ingredients are organic and all are grain-free. This cake is suggested to be eaten within 5-7 days (if it lasts that long). It does not need to be refrigerated but should be kept covered.

  • Almond flour, buckwheat flour, coffee, buttermilk (cultured milk, salt, annato color), coconut palm sugar, butter (cream), eggs, unsweetened cacao powder, sweet chocolate (organic sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), pecans, organic unsweetened coconut, baking soda, baking powder, organic vanilla extract (organic whole vanilla bean pods, alcohol), sea salt.
